You’ll spend two days with me inside my working layer chicken business. I’ll show you around the operation, introduce you to how I manage the birds day to day and let you see how things actually work.
I’ll show you the systems I use today, explain what I changed after my first business failed, and share some of the mistakes I wouldn’t make again.
You’ll be able to observe what I do, take part where appropriate and ask me questions throughout your visit. This isn’t a prepared lesson — you’ll be spending time with me in the real business and seeing it as it operates.
About the Host
I run a commercial layer chicken business. My first attempt failed because I was trying to figure everything out on my own. When I started again, I was fortunate to meet someone who was already doing what I wanted to do. Being able to see their operation and ask questions changed everything for me.
Today, I run my own successful layer business. I now welcome people who want to spend time with me, see how I actually run the business and hear about both the mistakes I made and what eventually worked.
